STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. For customers who would like to reserve a slot, you are free to choose your preferred date and we can always discuss and adjust it if needed. If you decide to change your plans later, no problem at all  your reservation can be moved to the waiting list without any issue.

  2. For customers on the waiting list, please understand that priority may be given to those who make a reservation later, even if you are way ahead. This means your position in line can be moved back if others choose to book a slot later. If you are okay with this system, we kindly ask for your patience while waiting for your turn.

  4. Game Rental Policy
  5. By using our service, you agree to the following terms:

  6. 1. Account Security
  7. Do not change any account security details such as email, password, or linked information. We have full ownership verification details for all accounts, and if any unauthorized changes are made, we will immediately take recovery action to restore access. This may result in you losing access to the account, and in serious cases, your console may be temporarily restricted or banned due to security enforcement.
  8. 2. Trophy Users
  9. Please Deactivate the Console Sharing within you Rental Period. [Settings]>[Users and Accounts]>[Other]>[Console Sharing and Offline Play], and the select [Disable].  This is to enable the next trophy renter to be able to play it on their own account. Failure to comply may force us to recover the account, which could result in a temporary console ban.
  10. 3. Rental Duration
  11. Access is strictly limited to the agreed rental period. The account will be automatically logged out once the rental ends.
  12. 4. Extensions
  13. If you wish to extend your rental, please inform us before your time expires. Extensions are subject to availability.
  14. 5. Usage Rules
  15. Account sharing, resale, or misuse is not allowed. Any violation will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
  16. 6. Responsibility
  17. We are not responsible for any issues caused by improper use or violation of these terms.
